采用6种不同的方法对湛江湖光岩地质公园的土壤进行预处理，用释稀涂布方法进行放线菌的分离，并对获得的放线菌进行形态、生理生化常规鉴定与抗菌活性测定。试验结果表明，新鲜土壤经28～30 ℃风干10 d的预处理，能够有效地抑制细菌和真菌的生长，且有利于放线菌的分离。该法共获得23株菌落形态疑似不同的放线菌，经常规鉴定，4株菌株初步确定为诺卡氏菌属，2株菌株为小单孢菌属，17株菌株为链霉菌属。另外，有9株菌株具有抑制大肠埃氏菌活性；8株具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌活性，获得3株菌株同时具有抑制大肠埃氏菌与抑制金黄色葡萄球菌活性。
Soil samples were collected from Huguangyan Geological Park in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China. Six different soil pretreatments were used in the isolation. The soil samples were air-dried for 10 days at 28~30℃, added with sterilized water to prepare soil suspension, and then inoculated onto the modified Gause's medium added with 100 μg/mL K2Cr2O7. Twenty three strains of different actinomycetes were isolated, among which 4 strains were classified into Nocardia, 2 strains into Micromonospora, and 17 strains into Streptomyces. Antagonistic analysis showed that 9 isolated strains had anti-activities against Escherichia coli, 8 against Staphylococcus aureus and 3 strains against both E. coli and S. aureus.
